Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (where tracking is available).

Customs & Import Duties

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Delayed Orders

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
